YOUR TASKS
- Project management for Nordex annual year-end sustainability disclosures (incl. materiality analysis and sustainability risk assessment)
- Coordinate the annual EU Taxonomy reporting process incl. auditing
- Maintain and further develop our ESG management and reporting platform Workiva
- Maintain / update our ESG rating and rankings (e.g. ISS-ESG, Ecovadis, MSCI, Sustainalytics)
- Follow up on the implementation of our Sustainability Strategy, with a focus on the social and governance dimension
- Communicate sustainability-related topics internally and externally (in close alignment with Corporate Communications)
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic degree in sustainability management or a related field; strong affinity with sustainability
- Experience in sustainability management and/or reporting
- Very good project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of existing and new reporting frameworks and laws (CSRD/ESRS, GRI, EU Taxonomy, etc.)
- Sound knowledge and experience of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with the Workiva platform is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
- You work independently, structured and results-oriented and deliver high-quality work even under time pressure
