DEINE AUFGABEN

• Unterstützung des Qualitätsmanagements bei technischen Non-Konformitäten und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Anforderungen für das "Management of Change"
• Mitwirkung bei Qualitätsprüfungen (Quality Gate 1) und Wareneingangskontrollen im Bereich Supply Management
• Zusammenarbeit mit Supply Management, Qualitätsmanagements und Civil PE bei der Vorprüfung von Ankerkäfigen und Fundamenten
• Zusammenstellung und Überprüfung der Vor-Montage-Dokumentation, gesetzlichen Inspektionen und Berichte vor Freigabe
• Organisation und Unterstützung des Gate 23-Prozesses
• Verwaltung von NCRs und Vorfällen in UPVISE/Service Now oder einem anderen Software-Management-Tool
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanagement bei der Bestellung und Verfolgung fehlender Teile
• Behebung von Qualitätsabweichungen (De-Snagging) für einen reibungslosen Betrieb der Anlagen über deren Lebensdauer

DEIN PROFIL

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Maschinenbau, Bautechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik, Materialwissenschaften, Energietechnik
• Alternativ umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Windindustrie (5 bis 7 Jahre)
• Kenntnisse in Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsverfahren wie LOTO, elektrische Sicherheit, Absturzsicherung, MSDS
• Körperliche Fitness für das Besteigen von Windturbinen von 180 Metern oder höher unter variablen Klimabedingungen
• Vertrautheit mit mechanischen, rotierenden und hydraulischen Systemen
• Kenntnisse in Bau, Installation, Abschluss, Prüfung von mechanischen Installationen und Qualitätsmanagement
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich
