YOUR PROFILE

  • Career/Job experience  

3+ years of experience working in an office environment 

Financial administration experience is beneficial 

Required Skills 

  • Fluent in the local language 

  • Fluent in English 

  • Strong IT skills (MS office + SAP) 

  • Flexible and able to deal with a significant number of items running concurrently 

  • Self-motivated and committed 

  • Strong organizational skills and able to set priorities 

  • Excellent communication skills internally and with external customers 

  • Strong time management skills 

  • Health and Safety awareness 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy 

YOUR TASKS

  • Enter certification and inspection date into database 

  • Update WTG master data 

  • Order technician equipment (PPE, laptop, etc...) 

  • Arrange & get offers for PPE maintenance/cleaning/repair 

  • Monitor PPE inspection status 

  • Plan regular vehicle inspection 

  • Monitor vehicle inspection status 

  • Ensure that Service technicians have the required minimum certificates and meet requirements for training 

  • Administer master-key process / access management (keys) 

  • Travel management 

  • Manage the fleet of service cars and work equipment such as mobile phones and computers,  

  • Purchase Orders for the ordering of non-WTG services and office materials,  

  • Assist Operations Management with their agenda, diary and appointments… 

  • Update system (SAP, PPE data base, etc.) 

  • Support on-boarding / off-boarding 

  • High level of knowledge and good practices, full control of processes. 

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES 

  • Support the service team in several administrative tasks as back-office assistant. 

  • Maintain and ensure that the databases are updated and that the requirements are proactively covered. 

  • Place purchase orders requested by the Local Operations manager/head of Service in conformity with Nordex purchasing rules. 

  • Support the operation management team in on(off)-boarding to ensure conformity of process and high-quality arrival of new colleagues. 

  • Assist the service operation team for travel management, appointments and seminars. 

  • Be a key SAP user to ensure SAP data is continuously updated. 

  • High level of knowledge and good practices, full control of processes. 

  • Able to train and sponsor a Service Administrator.
