- Develop, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and key milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks and delays, and provide reliable forecasts and recovery plans where required.
- Support tendering and project execution activities through the preparation of planning schedules and programme updates.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and Site teams to ensure accurate and integrated project planning.
- Track critical path activities and key project deliverables to support successful project outcomes.
- Prepare and present regular planning reports, schedule updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure planning processes, schedules and reporting comply with company standards and project requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools, methodologies and project controls practices across Nx Oceania.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a planning, scheduling, or project controls role within engineering, construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, or other project-based environments.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, with proven experience developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, forecasting outcomes, and supporting project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Relevant certifications in Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls are desirable.
- Experience within the renewable energy sector and/or international matrix organisations will be highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate planning outputs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Site teams
