Group Lead - Master Data Governance

Your Tasks : 

 

 

  • Lead the operational team to manage data creation and change and ensure compliance with global standards for material master data
  • Key bridge between the operational team and the material master data governance
  • Enhance data standards and leverage AI-driven solutions to improve master data quality, governance, reporting consistency, and process automation across Teamcenter and SAP
  • Manage and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams in close collaboration with Engineering, Material Management, Finance, Service and IT Teams across multiple countries

 


REQUIRED PROFILE:

 

 

  • Academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Know-how in MDM tools (SAP), MS Office and experience with data analytics solutions such as Power BI, BW and AI-enabled tools. Understanding of AI, Generative AI, and their application in data management, governance, and process automation
  • High level of quality awareness, teamworker and solution orientation, clear and structured communication
  • Very good skills in English.
  • 8+ years of experience in master data management with a strong background in SAP S4 HANA.
  • 5 years leader experience, experience with data analytics, process automation, or AI-supported business solutions is considered an advantage.
