HR Administrative Specialist / People & Culture Generalist (m/f/d)

We are looking for an HR Administrative Specialist to join our People & Culture team in the Netherlands. This role combines HR administration with generalist responsibilities, including advising managers and employees on HR topics. Your Responsibilities
- Handle all HR administrative tasks: contracts, personnel records, onboarding/offboarding.
- Prepare and check payroll data for external processing.
- Maintain HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Nmbrs) and ensure data accuracy.
- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.
- Support absence management, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle events.
- Collaborate with the People & Culture Manager and provide backup when needed.
- Regular interaction with international colleagues (especially Spain) and cooperation with the Works Council.
Your Profile
- Degree in HRM or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Several years of HR experience, ideally combining administration and advisory tasks.
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR processes.
- Experience with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Nmbrs) and MS Office.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, approachable, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Payroll experience and familiarity with production environments are a plus.
