People and Culture Responsible (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a People and Culture Responsible (m/f/d) to support the People Strategy and Human Resources tasks in the Service area (Operations and Maintenance) for the Wind Farms in Spain. You will be working within People and Culture team performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS:
- Lead and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives for the wind O&M division, ensuring efficient workforce planning, cost control, and compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements.
- Oversee end‑to‑end People Operations, including daily personnel administration, attendance and leave management, labor relations for distributed teams, and smooth coordination across remote sites and field operations.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and development, supervising recruitment for technical and corporate roles, managing onboarding programs, and designing career paths and professional development initiatives.
- Promote a strong organizational culture, leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace climate, and the retention of highly specialized technical talent.
- Manage training and corporate processes, coordinating technical/regulatory training plans, implementing corporate HR initiatives, and delivering periodic reporting to leadership.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Laws or Business Administration. Master’s in human resources will be nice to have
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for driving business objectives through strategic
- At least five years of experience
