POSITION SUMMARY
The role of Plant Quality General Assistant directly supports the company’s mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Plant Quality General Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the technical documentation of the machines and manufacturing processes of hubs and nacelles complies with applicable quality standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the wind turbine manufacturing processes meet established quality standards. You will work closely with production, engineering, and supplier teams to continuously monitor and improve product quality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage and organize the technical documentation of the machines, including data books and maintenance records.

Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and complies with quality standards and regulations.

Contact third-party companies to coordinate services and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure proper documentation of manufacturing processes.

Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing the necessary documentation.

Provide administrative support to the quality team, including preparing reports and presentations.

Manage physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and organization.

Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU HAVE
-
Associate Degree in Quality Management Systems or related field.

1-2 years of professional experience in quality control, including managing technical documentation and supplier contact (preferred).

Experience in the wind turbine manufacturing or manufacturing industry (preferred).

Knowledge in quality control and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (e.g., SAP QM).

Responsible, structured, and independent work approach.

High level of reliability, sense of responsibility, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Spanish language skills are desirable.

Ability to handle constantly changing challenges and quickly adapt to new situations.
