Position Summary:
As the Plant General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes by managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration within a manufacturing environment and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks effectively, contributing to our goal of a sustainable and renewable energy future.
What you'll do:

Coordinate and oversee the administrative functions supporting our production teams.

Provide support to the management team by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Manage schedules, maintain records, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Ensure all administrative processes are aligned with operational goals by collaborating with and facilitating effective communication between various departments.

Handle correspondence effectively, prepare reports, and assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures.

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the manufacturing facility is well-equipped to meet production demands.

Manage entry to the plant.

Perform other duties as assigned.
What you have:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; bachelor’s degree preferable.

Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are essential for this role.

Strong organizational skills and effective written and oral communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and proactive.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver’s abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
