Logistics Manager - Poland (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Managing operational topics related to oversize transport route preparation for projects in the region (road authority , municipal authority , direct coordination with, transport technician construction company and other subcontractors )
  • Planning and management of the transport process;
  • Management of a team of dispatchers and forwarders;
  • Optimising the transport process with a view to making it as productive and cost-effective as possible;
  • Initiative in finding ways to increase revenue and/or reduce costs and eliminate waste;
  • Analysis of route profitability;
  • Meeting budget targets, objectives and guidelines;
  • Participating in the development of procedures;
  • Implementation and supervision of ongoing projects;
  • Reporting the results of the transport department;
  • Verifying the correctness of KPIs;
  • Implementing new, unconventional and innovative ideas, taking care of their implementation.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • 5 years of professional experience in comparable position
  • Knowledge in the field of Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Good Project Management knowledge
  • Good MS-Office knowledge
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel
  • Very good communication skills
  • Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working
  • Ability to deal with high complexity and pressure
