HSE Manager PM Eastern Europe

YOUR TASKS

 

•    Develop and deliver HSE and Quality Management (QM) systems and procedures 
•    Define risk assessment methods and/or analyse risks
•    Review of method statements
•    Follow up on HSE and Quality Management improvements and actions
•    Organize and perform Audits and inspections on site and offices
•    Organize HSE training courses
•    Participate in incident investigations
•    Carry out review of work and safety instructions and give input for improvements
•    Transfer global HSE and QM procedures and processes to the local entities and align them with local legal requirements
•    updraft and suggest Health and Safety plans, accompany audits and their follow-ups
•    Responsible for dealing with and steering waste management and environmental issues
•    Responsible for HSE related contract management e.g. check documents and legal requirements
•    Ensure that legal compliance with local HSE laws and regulations is maintained
•    Implement an Occupational Health Program

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

•    3-5 years work experience at a technical/industrial company or as an HSE(Q) Manager 
•    Excellent knowledge of the local HSE regulations and legal requirements
•    Knowledge of the standards to Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001) and Safety (BS OSHAS 18001)
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Environmental experience
•    Fluent in English
•    Ability to work in a team and self organised
•    Readiness for extended business trips to construction sites, wind farms and service locations within East Region 

•    University degree in Environmental Engineering
