YOUR TASKS

 

  • Support to the Service Area Manager for Service Budget and P&L clarification;
  • Manage site teams to ensure that they carry out their work effectively, safely and to the required standard as well as reviewing performance;
  • Responsible for cost control and stock levels;
  • Responsible for HSE in their respective service area, implementing internal and external regulations as required to ensure HSE compliance;
  • Responsible for operational performance of their respective service area by ensuring availability of WTG;
  • Use Operational data to monitor team, individuals’ and farm performance and take action as appropriate to share successes, address shortfalls and make improvements;
  • Ensure a smooth handover from PM to Service after energisation;
  • Make business planning for new service points/activities in case of growth in the area or needed relocation due to business development;
  • Management of large operations (such as gearbox exchange) and improvement initiatives;
  • Follow-up on customer complaints with regard to Service Technician performance and quality of work;

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Experience of the wind industry in a leadership role or similar sector;
  • Experience in working in matrix organizations;
  • Experience of managing remote field based teams;
  • Formal qualifications in Mechanical and / or Electrical field;
  • Greek mothertongue and excellent English language skills;
  • Computer literate, able to use MS Office and in house database and workload management systems (SAP);
