YOUR TASKS

 

 

  • Reporting to Head of Commercial Project Management Operations Region MED
  • Closely cooperate with Head of PM Operations Region MED
  • Disciplinary/Functional lead of financial controller and CPM’s in the Region and onboarding of new team members
  • Responsible for commercial/financial project execution of all assigned projects in the region – containing contract -, liquidity - , payment security -, subcontractor -, insurance and claims management as well as cost planning and controlling on project level
  • Responsible for PM Risk Management for the assigned projects
  • Responsible for Cash-In Performance and Accounts Receivable Management
  • Responsible for Holdback amount in cooperation with Lead Site closure Manager
  • Support of CPM for Customer meeting
  • Support on collaboration between Finance department and CPM department
  • Implementation of new methods, tools and working standards

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

 

  • Degree in finance or similar qualification
  • Minimum 5 years professional experiences in commercial handling and controlling of projects
  • Experience in the construction industry, ideally wind power, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop strategies for the cooperation with customers and subcontractors
  • Good understanding of financial / commercial processes
  • Experience working with FIDIC Yellow and Silver Book projects preferred
  • Experience in working with SAP
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in multinational teams
