Service Sales Manager

Service Sales Manager Service (Nordic Region) 


The main task of the service sales manager is to actively negotiate the Nordex maintenance & service agreements during the sales process for wind turbines and thus maintain most favorable terms and conditions. The position can be located in Sweden, Finland or our HQ in Hamburg.


The main tasks are:

  • Negotiation of new service contracts and key account service contract renewals
  • Preparation of project specific pricing & solutions
  • Support sales team regarding all service related matters as a member of the extended sales team
  • Professional presentation of service contract offerings including cost benefit argumentation
  • Management of large tenders in regards of service matters (preparation of documents and interface to other departments)
  • Continuous market observation of customer needs, trends und competitor analysis in order to support in the developing of the service product portfolio


Job Requirements


  • Sales professional with proven track record in winning contracts
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Law
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in contract sales
  • International / -cultural experience of the target markets
  • Masters degree or other advanced certification in a related area would be an advantage
  • Experience with long-term service contracts in sales contract management and / or sales experience is an advantage
  • Experience with sales to utilities or from wind industry / power generation is an advantage
  • Proactive and result orientated with strategic and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to close deals
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English.
  • Ready to travel on a regular basis
