QHSE Technician

We are looking for a QHSE Technician to join our Nordic Service organization and help ensure the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) across our wind turbine service operations.

In this role, you will work closely with service teams, project managers and subcontractors, traveling across the Nordic region to service points and wind farms. Your mission: to ensure safe, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery while actively driving continuous improvement.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Conduct QHSE audits and inspections at service locations and wind farms, identifying risks and improvement opportunities
  • Support project-to-service handovers, ensuring documentation and processes meet requirements
  • Monitor and improve work quality during maintenance, erection and commissioning activities
  • Coordinate and audit subcontractors, including qualification, performance follow-up and quality inspections
  • Support HSE cases, quality claims and nonconformities, including root-cause analysis and follow-up
  • Deliver QHSE training, coaching and toolbox talks to operational teams
  • Participate in internal and external audits, reporting findings clearly and professionally
  • Actively contribute to a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing and monitoring regional processes while ensuring system reliability and fostering regional commitment to the functionality of internal systems

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Background as a Wind Turbine Technician (3+ years) or experience in a QHSE / Quality role in an industrial environment
  • Experience with audits, quality processes and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 5-Why, 8D)
  • Education in Electrical or Mechanical field (technical diploma/apprenticeship) or Quality Engineering
  • Comfortable working in the field, at heights, and in outdoor environments
  • Fluent in English (Nordic language is beneficial)
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working independently
