Do you want to be a part of shaping the future of renewable energy? Nordex Sverige is looking for an experienced electrical engineer for Electrical Operations Controller (Eldriftledare).
As Electrical Operations Controller, you will take on the responsibility of leading electrical works related to Nordex wind turbines in Sweden. Your role is to ensure that electrical safety and legal compliance are met in the manufacturing and maintenance of our wind turbines.
You will report to the Head of Service Sweden and collaborate closely with colleagues and departments across the Nordic region. Alongside internal teams, you will also support subcontractors and customers. A comprehensive onboarding will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
Our main office is located in Uppsala, with site offices across Sweden. The position requires frequent travel within Sweden and occasionally abroad.
YOUR TASKS:
- Support and take main responsibility in all topics related to electrical safety and legal compliance
- Lead and maintain our electrical safety self-audit program
- Ensure that employee training requirements are met
- Transfer legal requirements into electrical safety processes and tools
- Review documentation, designs, and installations against local regulations, and initiating updates as needed
- Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation measures
YOUR PROFILE:
- Qualification to act as authorized electricity installer (Auktoriserad elinstallatör) and valid Level A electrical qualification
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years’ experience in electrical work and project management
- Experience with low, medium and high voltage systems (transformers, switchgears etc.)
- Experience with control and monitoring systems (SCADA) will be considered as benefit
- Fluent Swedish and English language skills
