Are you ready to make a difference? As an Account Manager at Nordex, you'll be the key to maintaining relationships with our valued customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service while adhering to contracts.
This is a temporary position to cover parental leave, spanning 14 months from June 2025 to August 2026. You can work from our Uppsala office in Sweden or from Helsinki or Pori offices in Finland. We work with a hybrid model, and you are expected to work from the office two days per week.
What You'll Do:
- Be the Go-To Person: Main point of contact for commercial and contractual topics.
- Foster Cooperation: Foster long-term customer cooperation and satisfaction.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support Operations: Assist with warranty and end-of-contract issues.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Liaise with operational teams, Legal, and other departments.
- Negotiate Renewals: Negotiate renewals of service agreements.
- Knowledge Transfer and Financial Management: Transfer knowledge to the operational team and manage financial calculations in ERP and Excel.
Your profile:
- Must haves:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Contract Management, Account Management, or Customer Management roles.
- Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration or technical degree) or equivalent job experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Experienced in dealing with internal and external customers.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
- Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience in managing service contracts or similar.
