Lead Quality BOP (m/f/d)

MISSION

Lead and coordinate quality activities related to BoP execution and foundation construction, including quality plan implementation, training and support for local project teams, homologation of RAW and ROM materials, project quality follow-up, and management of relevant non-conformities throughout the construction process.

 

TASKS

  • Implement and drive the BoP Quality Plan and Integrated Management System, ensuring the consistent application of quality methodologies, standards, processes, and lessons learned across all projects
  • Lead, coordinate, and support BoP quality teams, including resource planning, supervision of on-site Quality Technicians, and the provision of training and technical guidance to local quality teams
  • Ensure quality assurance during project execution, coordinating quality activities and providing technical support to construction and quality teams on acceptance criteria, non-conformity management, and compliance with quality requirements
  • Qualify, approve, and audit suppliers, materials, and subcontractors, including the homologation of RAW and ROM materials and the execution of quality and documentation audits during both evaluation and project execution phases
  • Manage, review, and audit project quality documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and coordinating the final handover documentation to Project Management and customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through project follow-up and quality assurance meetings with subcontractors, laboratories, construction teams, and other business areas to ensure alignment, quality performance, and continuous improvement

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture valuable
  • Training on constructive or industrial processes, concrete, etc. valuable
  • Experience with quality management in civil constructions, knowledge of quality processes and tools would be a plus
  • Coordination skills (leadership, communication, teamwork, etc.)
  • Used to work in international environments, proactive and dynamic profile, with flexibility and adaptability to changes
  • English B2, German valuable
  • Availability to travel
