Global Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Assure a healthy long-term relationship with Global key customers.
• Support the activity of the Global key account in the O&M phase.
• Follow up the performance of the assigned key account windfarms. 
• Follow up the technical issues affecting to the key customers. 
• Weekly and monthly activity reporting 
• High Level mediation in conflicts not resolved at Regional level, looking for win-win compromises. 
• High Level contact of the client Corporate leadership. 
• Facilitate the relation between the key stakeholders from both organizations. 
• Identify Relevant Sales opportunities. 
• Support to the Regional structure on the negotiation the Major Technical Issues Agreements  (warranty extension, etc…).
• Support on Negotiation of frames agreements or global agreements. 

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering Degree or similar.
• Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point, among others. 
• Proficiency in English.
• 10 years experience in Service Operations.
• Proactive person. 
• Great team player. 
• Humble person. 
• Result oriented. 
• Resilient and able to deal with complex situations.
• Lead High Level Global Operation / Technical Forums.
• Responsable and organized person. 
• Empathic person, able to find win-win compromises.
