TUS FUNCIONES:

 

  • Soporte a los técnicos de compensación y beneficios en la gestión inherente al departamento, referente a nómina y temas relacionados con compensación y beneficios.
  • Soporte en proyectos internacionales relacionados con Compensación & Beneficios.
  • Soporte en el proceso de nómina y administración de personal.
  • Soporte comunicaciones en sistema red y demás comunicaciones obligatorias.
  • Gestión de las encuestas del INE y demás reportes oficiales.
  • Colaboración en las diferentes áreas de P&C y proyectos que se lleven a cabo.

 

TU PERFIL:

 

  • Grado en RRLL, ADE, Derecho.
  • Conocimientos de Excel, valorables conocimientos en SAP.
  • Buen nivel de inglés.
  • Persona orientada al detalle, proactiva y con un perfil analítico.
