YOUR TASKS
- Tendering the Balance of Plant (BoP) for Nordex/Acciona Windpower EPC wind farms understanding the scope of works and highlighting risks and opportunities
- Review project risks following the internal Sales process (Gate process)
- Implementation of risk mitigation measures during contract negotiations
- Provide quantities and cost calculations for the wind farm balance of plant
- Support Sales throughout the tendering processes focusing on BoP project execution topics such as scheduling, construction, contractual interfaces, H&S, etc.
- Represent the organization in technical and commercial negotiations
- Participate in subcontractor negotiations together with Procurement
- Participate in customer contract negotiation together with Sales
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g. Engineering, Purchasing, Service and Legal) during the tendering phase
- Help improving tender and execution technical documents for BoP
- Conduct site surveys
The position can be based in Tajonar, Hamburg, or other NX/AWP offices
YOUR PROFILE
- Technical background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering
- Previous experience in wind farm balance of plant (i.e. internal roads and crane pads design)
- Several years of professional experience in Engineering, Tendering, or Project Management in the wind energy sector
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D or similar software is a strong plus
- Advanced skills with the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with MS Project
- Excellent English language skills. Knowledge of German or Spanish is beneficial
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in different business cultures
- Willingness and availability for business trips worldwide (at least 20% of the time)
