YOUR TASKS:

  • As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing international projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on-time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and other technical support functions, to develop project-specific technical modifications and optimize safety, performance, and operational costs of wind turbine components and installation tools
  • Represent the Nordex organisation and Nordex values in front of our clients and other stakeholders outside the Group
  • You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience from running and closed projects and use this knowledge to continuously improve processes and products
  • To be successful in this role, you should have a technical background with a bachelor's and/or master's degree in engineering, technology, physics, or equivalent education
  • You should also have project management experience, preferably in the wind energy sector, and be a self-responsible, structured, and solution-oriented worker
  • Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be negotiating with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and presenting information to groups of managers and customers

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree and a strong technical interest
  • Project management experience (preferably in the wind energy sector)
  • For a Junior TPM an entry level up to 2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience in disciplinary or functional leadership is a preference
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Knowledge in other languages is a plus
  • Self-responsible, structured and solution-oriented working
  • Intercultural understanding, ability to work productively in multitask teams and team player attitude
  • Willingness to go on business trips abroad on a regular basis
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers
  • Willingness to continuously expand one’s knowledge (especially regarding technological developments)
  • Broad knowledge about wind turbine technologies
