YOUR TASKS:

  • Cost Control: Track expenses, align with budget, and implement savings measures.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure project execution meets contractual terms.
  • Site Manager Coordination: Oversee and support site managers on wind projects.
  • Project Planning: Develop schedules and resource plans with site managers.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure that each site has the necessary resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet objectives.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track site progress and report to Head of Construction.
  • Issue Resolution: Help resolve construction issues and delays.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Link sites with engineering, procurement, and logistics.
  • Team Development: Identify training needs and support site manager growth.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Technical degrees may be acceptable with extensive experience.
  • English C1. German is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in wind farm operations or renewable energy projects and 2 years leading teams.
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail, clear and strong communication and ownership.
