Supplier Quality Assurance Structural Components Steel Towers (m/f/d)

Ensure the fulfilment of the Quality Standards for Steel Tower Structural Components manufactures for Nordex (Steel plates, flanges, Door Frames, OPT), according to the Company Policy, the Management System & APQP4WIND.
YOUR TASKS:
- Assure the quality in the manufacturing process
- Do process audits to the door frames, steel mills, OPT or flanges suppliers
- Do technical review or kick of meeting with the suppliers to clarify the doubts or necessities related a new project
- Analyze and solve supplier request of information or deviation request, when they can’t fulfill our specification
- Work together with the inspector and coordinate the inspections at the supplier
- Coordinate the Lab test of the material samples
- Maintain the suppliers list status updated
- Lead the homologation process and material approval process for new suppliers
- Non conformities management, executing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions
YOUR PROFILE:
- Engineering degree
- Complementary training in Mechanical engineering and APQP4WIND
- C1 English spoken and written
- 2 years of experience spoken and written
- Efficient in terms of time and cost saving
- Readiness for action, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- High level of commitment, proactivity and dedication
- Ability to work with different business cultures
- Systematic problem-solving behavior
- Timely and effective management of quality issues
- High willingness and flexibility to travel
