MISSION
Design, develop and certify wind towers and foundations, applying expertise in concrete and steel structures and structural connections to the design of concrete and hybrid towers. Participate in the development of tower and foundation solutions, including auxiliary assembly systems, while identifying and integrating new technologies, systems and calculation methodologies. Contribute to patent generation and product certification to maintain competitiveness in the wind energy sector.

 

TASKS

  • Develop wind turbine towers and foundations, performing the design and structural analysis of steel and concrete structures, with expertise in concrete tower technology
  • Collaborate with experts, certification bodies and suppliers to develop robust engineering solutions and prepare certifiable calculation reports in line with IEC and DIBt standards
  • Provide technical support for the manufacturing and assembly of concrete and hybrid towers
  • Drive product modularization, customization and industrialization of developed solutions
  • Support the applications and software tools used for tower and foundation design
  • Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives, and contribute to patent generation to strengthen the company’s intellectual property portfolio

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial) or similar
  • Complementary capacities: Linear and non-Linear (ANSYS, Abacus, SAP), Programming (C++, Python), Structures, Standards, Product development
  • Patent and intellectual property, technological vigilance, construction dynamics (preferred)
  • Proactive, autonomous, and motivated by challenges, with a strong teamwork mindset and a proven ability to share knowledge and transfer expertise. Excellent coordination and communication skills, with experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
