YOUR TASKS:
- Control suppliers and contract review.
- Risk assessment.
- Approval recording in data base in Sharepoint.
- Monitoring of performance and delays in the workflow.
- Support Working Capital improvement plan controlling database updates and organizing reviews.
- Monitoring and controlling Procurement Plan.
- Support with data extraction and update of Power BI data base.
- Control of homologations in the sharepoint list and updates.
- Project management, data analysis and integration.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or industrial engineering.
- Follow oral and written instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Microsoft office Excel advanced user, good understanding in Data management.
- Power BI and SharePoint knowledge.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Demonstrated ability in utilizing historical data and visualization tools.
- Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels internally.
Demonstrated ability to manage several activities/projects at once, organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and reports.
