Strategic IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Strategic IT Project Manager (m/f/d) to support the IT PMO & Processes area. You will be performing relevant tasks as follows:

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication
• Report progress, KPIs, and expected benefits to IT Management, Service Leadership, and the PMO
• Ensure compliance with corporate methodologies and frameworks (Nordex IT PMO Framework)
• Promote continuous improvement in project management practices and contribute to PMO maturity growth

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related management field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications and solid understanding of agile methodologies are a plus
• Technical background (either academic or professional) is a strong plus
• Advanced English level (C1-C2). Spanish and German are a plus
• At least 6-7 years of experience
• Proven experience delivering:
  1. SaaS implementation projects
  2. IT infrastructure and network projects
  3. CRM and ITSM tool deployments
  4. Digitalization and process automation initiatives
  5. Other similar IT transformation projects
• Experience in budget management, contract management, and vendor management
