Software Developer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• The mission of the IT corporate development team is to provide customized in-house applications and integration services to the different business units within Nordex and to our external customers.
• Our main goal is to contribute to the digitalization of the company processes helping and supporting our departments in their daily work.
• Design, maintain, and optimize data systems for collecting, storing, managing, and converting raw data into usable information.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data processing models.
• Ingest, transform, integrate, and deliver structured data to a scalable data platform.
• Collect and report data through dashboards for their analysis, exploitation and to support decision making.
• Create data flows documentation.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Technical background with a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• More than 3 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Developer or similar position.
• Fluent English skills.
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT).
• Demonstrated knowledge in SQL Services:  SSIS (dtsx, ETLs), SSAS.
• Desirable knowledge of Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and objects (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Crystal Reports…).
• Ability to work in teams and good communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and troubleshootin aptitude.
