MISSION: leads a team of supervisors. Responsible for specific areas within wind construction projects. This role focuses on resource planning and ensures the efficient execution of daily operational tasks.

 

TASKS:

  • Ensure that contractors' operations are executed according to contractual requirements.
  • Management of Supervisors: Lead and support the team of supervisors
  • Resource Planning: Develop and manage resource plans to ensure necessary personnel, equipment, and materials are available when needed. Optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
  • Task Planning: Organize and assign daily tasks to supervisors, ensuring efficient distribution of work.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of supervisors, providing feedback and establishing improvement plans.
  • Protocol Implementation: Ensure that supervisors follow and apply established procedures and standards.
  • Site Safety: Promote and verify compliance with safety standards.
  • Technical Support: Provide advice and resolve technical queries that supervisors may have.
  • Activity Reporting: Collect and consolidate supervisors' reports to present to the Site Managers Coordinator.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory or coordination role within the construction, wind energy, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing supervisors and their teams.
  • Solid understanding of construction techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols specific to wind energy projects.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication skills for interaction with team members and conflict resolution.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent at organizing tasks, schedules, and workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • High English level.
  • Availability to travel.
