MISSION: definition and maintenance of Steel Tower mBOMs in PLM

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Definition and maintenance in PDM of project BOMs for all Design Steel Tower and needed to industrialize a customer project considering the eBOM.
  • Configuration of project mBOMs considering project requirements defined in TCO, Supplier and Logistics.
  •  Definition and maintenance in PDM of reference tower for the different towers Designed.
  • Change implementation in PDM in project BOMs for Steel Tower based on Changemanagement Board inputs.
  • Configuration maintenance based on changes in production plan and Supplier.
  • Extraction of document packages for reference tower and project tower.
  • Owner of documental package, deviation report and BOM report.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Studies in Industrial/ Mechanic Engineering or similar.
  • At least three years experience in product Structure management, creation and maintained of mBOM list for manufacturing.
  • Experience in the management of mBOMs in PLM and implementation of changes.
  • Experience in PDU system and ERP system
  • Personal initiative and autonomy.
  • Organized and methodical person.
  • Flexible person and open-minded to changes.
  • High English Level.
  • Availability to travel (few trips)
