SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d)

As part of our continued growth, we are hiring a SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in Tajonar. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of SAP HCM solutions.

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • You will design and implement the SAP HCM solution in close coordination with process owners, implementation partners and IT providers and continuously improve the solution after implementation
  • In an agile working environment, you will support Nordex in overcoming future challenges in HCM on premise, H4S4 and SuccessFactors by designing end-to-end processes
  • Depending on your previous knowledge, you will lead projects or workstreams, coordinate and manage our external implementation partners and our internal stakeholders
  • With our support, you can continuously expand your industry, technical and SAP knowledge

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable.
    For foreign qualifications, recognition as the corresponding Spanish degree equivalency is required when applying.
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP-HCM consultant. Ideally in an international working environment
  • Strong process and technical expertise in SAP HCM On-Premise, SuccessFactors and SAP-Fiori, including module-specific knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of SAP Payroll and Time Management processes
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies and processes; practical project experience is considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of interface support and integration technologies, including IDocs and SAP CPI, is desirable
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
