Quality BOP Coordinator (m/f/d)

MISSION: ensure and facilitate Nordex Quality standards are achieved during BoP phase by our contractors and support our Customer to deliver BoP according to Nordex Quality standards.
YOUR TASKS:
- Creation of the control plan for BoP and creation of the specific Control plan for each turn key project
- Hiring, training and managing the outsourced resources to control the Quality on site during the execution
- Supervision of the different works, tests and controls related to BoP during construction
- Reporting to Head of I&C Quality, owner of the quality for civil works, electrical works, substations and foundations
- Support to PQM, Sales and PM when customers need in BoP Clean Sales
- Audits to subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure proper documentation Management generated during the construction works
- Represent the department in the corresponding COE group
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Complementary Training: Mandatory previous experience in Balance of Plant (BoP) works
- Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a team, problem-solving mindset, and high level of commitment
- High level of English
- Previous experience in similar roles is considered an asset.
- Availability to travel (short trips)
