Project Quality Manager (m/f/d)

The Project Quality Manager (PQM) is the Customer's voice in relation to Quality from contract signing until the project is handed over to Service. The PQM will assure Quality of the WTG delivery meet customer's specifications following NX processes. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient Quality Management and QA/QC throughout the customer project.


YOUR TASKS:


  1. 1. Tender, Bid and Sales Support working with Sales Customer function 
        * Extend the ITAP and standardize Quality activity into contractual package 
        * Build stronger alliances with commercial and technical Sales team 
        * Implement feedback from ongoing project (learnings) into Tender, Bid & Sales Projects 
    2. Project Quality Management and Continuous operational excellence 
        * Quality safe launch and perfect execution of projects 
        * Ensure Quality execution basis, transferring contract requirements to all functions: PQP & ITAP 
        *Plan and complete Inspection, Test and Audit activities according to ITAP 
        *Secure Quality of components before handed over to construction 
        *Secure quality documentation availability and correctness complying with contract milestones 
    3. Deviation Management in projects 
        *Drive Deviation Management and Continuous Improvement to closure 
        *Safeguard and reporting of Non-Conformance, NQC cost and Concessions, in cooperation with "Non Conformity Management" area. 
        *Drive NCR/8D, Findings from operations and Final Walk downs to closure 
        *Project Claims management/overview and performance. 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  1. Engineering degree or similar studies.
  2. Training in construction or industrial processes, concrete, etc. is a plus.
  3. English is a must.  
  4. Proactive profile, communication skills, teamwork and adaptability.
