DEPARTMENT:  Logistics / Material Management

MISSION: Coordinate the Project Logistics activities ensuring the components reach their destinations safely, securely, on budget and on-time.

 

TASKS:

  • Coordinating needs and planning with Sourcing department.
  • Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
  • Planning delivery timetables for each component.
  • Coordinating shipments with Projects execution.
  • Reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy during transport.
  • Ensuring stores have enough stock.
  • Tracking components and coordinate arrival of shipments.
  • Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.
  • Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Higher education: studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Administration.
  • Broaden experience in a similar position:experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Administration.
  • High English Level. Minimum B2.
  • Advanced use of office package. 
  • Experience with precast concrete/manufacture processes will be a plus.
  • Good coordination skills and used to work in international environments.
  • Communication skills and teamwork. 
  • Proactive and resolutive person.
  • Availability to travel (few trips).
