Project Documentation Specialist (m/f/d)

MISSION: The Project Documentation Specialist will coordinate the proper archive, compilation, and delivery of the required documentation to achieve contractual requirements or payment milestones during a live project. In addition, Project documentation Specialist will follow up the compilation of the PM documentation for the technical file according with the internal procedures to meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the EU Regulations, coordinating the different external Documentation technicians executing the tasks.

 

TASKS:

 

  • Work with the different external documentation suppliers to define their scope of work for each project.
  • Control the project budget in terms of Customer documentation supply.
  • Follow internally the correct compilation of the documentation in each stage of the project, whether it is to meet contractual milestones, internal processes requirements or for the handover of projects to service.
  • Close contact with the Customer to ensure the correct delivery of the documents in the way defined and agreed in the TSA.
  • Request of the CPM to ensure that the documentation linked to payment milestones is provided on time and form.

  • University Studies.
  • Experience working in Quality related fields.
  • High English level.
  • Leadership skills and ability to create a strong and successful team.
  • Efficient in terms of time and cost saving.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong personal planning & organization skills
  • High level of commitment, proactivity, and dedication.
  • Ability to work with different business cultures.
  • Proficient software skills utilizing: MS Office basic programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) ; SAP
  • Willingness to continuously expand one's knowledge (especially regarding technology developments).
