TASKS:

  • Execute planning activities associated both to Project Planning / Scheduling and to Capacity / End-to-End Project Portfolio Planning.
  • Contribute to development, implementation, and improvement of planning cycles both for project and for capacity/portfolio planning.
  • For specific projects, perform project planning and scheduling:
    • Preparation and update of timelines throughout the project phases.
    • Monitor, regular updating, and adjustments of project timelines.
  • Participate and lead planning feedback loops with relevant stakeholders (communication of deviations, conflicts and related topics), both for specific project schedules as well as for end-to end project portfolio plans. Stakeholders include, among others, Global Planning Of fice (GPO), production, logistics, project management and industrial engineering.
  • Contribute to the regular improvements and upgrades of our planning tools (including Primavera, Oracle, SAP and others), and to the solutions of technical problems associated with the planning activities.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering or technical education with relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge and passion for Planning, Operations and/or Supply Chain Management.
  • Passion for Project Business and Wind sector.
  • Team player, positive and with good communication skills.
  • Hands-on, practical and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work with other functions with a win-win approach.
  • Very good English skills.
  • Understanding of process design and improvement methodologies.
  • Understanding of data models and data flows.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Of fice tools.
  • Project Management experience preferable.
  • Preferable working experience with Primavera (P6, Oracle).
  • SQL, and Visual Basic or similar programming tools preferable.
