P&C Learning and development Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are hiring a People and culture Learning and Development Intern (m/f/d) to support L&D department with the following key tasks: 

 

 

YOUR TASKS:

  • Assisting Scheduling the calls and monitoring of the participation and attendance to different trainings
  • Managing and monitoring of those topics related to P&C Hub Learning and platforms such as Coursera
  • Supporting with the registration and management of the training bonus through FUNDAE in Nordex
  • Reviewing and controlling the expiration dates for compulsory technical training
  • Supporting the coordination of different company events such as Christmas campaigns, social responsibility activities and Diverse and Inclusion initiatives
  • Giving support and contributing to the different initiatives the may be throughout the year

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Complementary Training: Master’s degree in human resources and Success Factors or SAP ERP knowledge will be a plus
  • Advanced professional English skills
