Operations PM (m/f/d)

MISSION:
Maximum responsible for conducting and leading the execution readiness process by collecting, analysing and shaping the operations strategies with his/her team to ensure the operations readiness and handing over to the Head of Construction Manager and BOP Manager (when applicable) in charge of the project for execution phase
TASKS:
- Coordinate all the departments that are consider as primary activities in the value chain (Planning, Logistics & MM, I&C, Concrete Towers and BOP when applicable)
- Manage, execute and ensure the Execution Readiness process
- Ensure the coordination, management and follow up all the way from plant/supplier to site of the Execution Readiness tasks
- Identify deviations from the Budget and Project schedule in time and cost and work on alternative solutions.
- Ensure that there are project resources on time in terms of tooling, cranes and human resources
- Ensure that all materials (main components and direct supplies) are defined, manufactured and supplied on time
- Ensure contract elaboration (TCI, BOP, CT, Logistics, etc), purchase requisitions and purchase orders on time, according to project requirements and without any grey zones
- Deploy and handover the customer and internal project requirements and relevant topics to the Project Team involved in the Execution Phase
- Provide backoffice support to the project during site execution phase
- Report and support the Project Manager on any additional requirement regarding the operations
- Improve existing processes of the department and creation of new processes that may be useful for the compan
- Support and participate in the transversal programs defined by the company, such as: Cost Of Energy, Continuous Improvement, lessons learned, Strategies Optimization, etc.
PROFILE:
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or related discipline. Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years)
- Complementary Training: Master in Project Management and/or PMP certification
- Demonstrated ability to successfully complete large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams
- Committed, communicative and proactive person. Able to work in an indoor or outdoor environment
- Organizational, strong leadership and planning skills. Excellent written and oral communication
- Structured working and high management skills
- Analytic approach and ability to identify critical items and make decisions, thinking critically and independently
- Availability for traveling short periods
- Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English, writing and speaking
