MISSION:

As a Non Conformity Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Quality Issues during the construction and commissioning phase of wind farms. You will be part of the Global Quality PM/EPC team and improve quality, create sustainable solutions for the main problems, avoid its repetition and improve the products and processes.

 

TASKS:

 

  • Manage and lead the multidisciplinary team in charge to solve Quality Issues within the construction and commissioning phase.
  • Solve high impact problems, repetitive issues, fleet issues, complex and multi-department related issues.
  • Be the Nordex wide focal point for the assigned Quality Issue.
  • Ensure to achieve the targets in terms of quality, cost and time.
  • Ensure there is not repetitiveness of the issue.
  • Plan & control task execution, including deadlines.
  • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate external supplier non-conformities.
  • Create KPI dashboards and improve NC processes.
  • Apply and follow the BD method.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Technical background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree: Engineering or similar studies
  • Quality or technical background, root cause analysis methodology, leadership skills, BD
  • High communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Readiness for action
  • Strong personal planning and organizational skills
  • High level of commitment and proactivity
  • Systematic problem-solving behaviour

 

  • Previous experience in wind industry or similar business
  • Very valuable experlence in problem solving (e.9. 8D) and Non Conformity Management
