Logistics Process Engineer (m/f/d)

DEPARTMENT:  Engineering

MISSION:

  • Define and update the logistics processes and specifications in alignment with the needs from PM Logisitics and the requirements from Engineering designers.
  • Design and validate tools for storage, handling and transportation of Nordex turbines considering requirements from engineering, PM, QHSE and Sourcing.
  • Translate the lessons learned from the logistics and factories into requirements for Engineering to improve the Engineering design.

 

TASKS:

  • Analyse and establish Logistics Process&Tools based on parameters and characteristics of the product design.
  • Take part in product development groups. Review designs and propose improvements and corrections from Logistics and COE perspective.
  • Definition and validation of Logistics tools. Transport standards and tooling calculation reports evaluation.
  • Creation of Logistics manuals.
  • Solve incidents and improvements actions opened by Logistic and Quality Departments related to Logistics documents and tools.
  • Travelling to ports, plants for new tools or turbine prototypes to review Logistics processes.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • Experience in control processes in CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, CREO viewer, autoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), MS Project, SAP.
  • Teamwork and close relationship with other departments
  • High English Level
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Avalability to travel.
