Legal Counsel Procurement (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Drafting and negotiating of a wide range of contracts for the development, manufacture and sourcing of key components with international suppliers and vendors, including cooperation and license agreements in relation to the development and/or use of technical know-how and intellectual property rights.
  • Ad hoc advice in regard of other types of agreements related to the Nordex Group’s activities, e.g. real estate or equipment lease, IT-support or research & development cooperations, etc.
  • Preparing standard forms and templates, as well as providing legal in-house training to staff.
  • Reporting to Legal Director Global Procurement based in Pamplona.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Qualification: Law Degree
  • Complementary Training: Master’s degree in law and Negotiation.
  • Profile: Assertive professional, with good negotiation skills and able to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Professional with critical thinking, capable of making clear, impartial and well-justified judgements, and with oral and written communication skills.
  • Professional with integrity, able to build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships within the team and with support areas.
  • Native or advance professional English.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in private practice or in-house - experience in the construction and engineering or energy industries. Working with commercial contracts in an international environment.
  • Experience in a transnational company in the energy sector or in a first level top-tier law firm.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organization, planning and presentation skills are essential.
  • excellent English language skills are a must with ideally one other European language, including ability to negotiate contracts in those languages.
  • Risk and claim management, as well as insurance know-how are a plus.
  • Availability to travel.
