MISSION:
We are seeking a Process Engineer to analyze and establish on-site installation processes based
on parameters and characteristics of the wind turbines design to optimize costs, quality, safety
and installation process.
YOUR TASKS:
- Support current projects under construction solving the assigned incidents / improvement
actions related to work instructions and installation tools. - Participate in different product development groups. Review designs and propose
improvements or corrections from on-site installation perspective. Stablish requirements from
on-site installation point of view in early stage of new product development. Translate the
lessons learned detected during the wind turbines development and prototyping phase into requirements for Engineering to improve designs. - Definition and validation of on-site installation tools to be supplied by Nordex Group
- Creation and improvement of work instructions.
- Traveling to wind farms under construction to test new on-site installation tools, attend new wind turbine prototypes or audit serial wind turbine installation processes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Qualification: Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Complementary Training: CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP.
- Teamwork and close relationship with other departments. Multicultural teams interactions. Lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best.
- Languages: English (high level).
- Experience: having 1 – 3 years in a similar
position in the wind industy. - Availability to travel (20% annually)
