MISSION: ensure that the new WTG developments are fitting with the Operational requirements and managements and manage the ramp up in the projects.

 

TASKS:

  • Operations PEP.
  • Compiling all the requirements coming from operations in one clear deliverable.
  • Following the fulfillment of those requirements during the PEP process.
  • Attending Core Teams and ensuring the team is supporting the SE-Teams.
  • Support COE.
  • Ensure preparation of the prototypes is perfectly performed and everything is defined/ordered/delivered in time.
  • Managing/leading the Prototype working sl de by side with the region.
  • Taking all the lessons learnt from the Proto/s and following the implementation of the solution.
  • Ramp-up and improvements.
  • Managing the leader of Ramp-up and his team.
  • Providing technical electrical expertise and support during the development phase, the PT and ramp-up phase of a project.
  • Develop & implementation of improvements for installation or commissioning of windturbine project and actively give feedback to engineering projects.
  • Create, develop new ideas to improve the Installation & Commissioning technologies.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Complementary Training: CAD-PLM (Teamcenter, autoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP.
  • Ability to work in an international team, self-responsible, structured, process and solution orientated.
  • Ability to understand information quickly and devise solutions.
  • High English level.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as Site Manager or similar.
