Head of Global Sourcing- Production & Facility CAPEX (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

Manage sourcing for manufacturing related machinery, tools and equipment for global production sites (Blades and Nacelle):

• Lead team of three Global Sourcing Managers.
• Lead Negotiations with suppliers.
• Lead Commercial contracts for CAPEX.
• Ensure service level availability for CAPEX in production sites.
• Mastering sourcing process (source to contract and procurement to pay).
• Management of CAPEX related supplier portfolio globally.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Leadership in international procurement.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and category management from a relevant industry.
• Good at managing people networks.
• Strong in negotiation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication with people with various cultural backgrounds.
• Structured, systematic and transparent approach to business processes.
• Good at prioritizing and staying calm under pressure.
• Solution focussed mindset.
• Fluent English and Spanish mandatory (German is a plus).
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, law or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in our industry.
