Head of GL IT Governance & Supplier Mgmt (m/f/d)

MY TASKS:

• Responsible for the coordination of the IT governance function:
• Global budget management, including forecast reporting and cost capitalization.
• Risk and opportunities management.
• Global licenses, contracts, and IT services management.
• Suppliers and partners management.
• Management of the service levels related to suppliers.
• Internal and external communication.
• IT Processes management.
• IT Frameworks and methodologies.
• IT Change advisory board management.
• Responsible for managing an international and cross functional team.
• Responsible for the management of regular reports

YOUR PROFILE:

• Qualification: Master’s degree in information technology, computer, economic Science, or comparable qualifications. Certification in ITIL or COBIT.
• Complementary Training: Certification in Prince 2 or PMP will be considered.
• Profile/Perfil:
• Organized and structured person.
• Strong and clear results and action orientation.
• Flexible mindset, able to work in uncertainty.
• Strong communication skills.
• Languages: English C1. German will be considered.
• Experience: Managing service level.Budget controlling.PMO management.IT process/frameworks management.Managing big partners.Managing international team.Defining IT services will be considered.
• Availability to travel
