MISSION:

Lead and consult for HSE Service teams in International Division. Align divisional processes with all countries and audit its implementation. In addition act as the focal point for Reporting, coordination with Engineering and PEP

 

TASKS:

  • Update of Safety Instructions and Safety Manuals, in coordination with the regions and engineering.
  • Define HSE Standards for different turbine types.
  • Service HSE Focal Point for Change Management process.
  • Coordination with Engineering. Participation in PEP process.
  • Process alignment with the country HSE service teams.
  • Know the HSE Management System related topics and propose improve actions or new processes to coordinate the activity
  • Ensure Legal, Customers & NX standards are fulfilled for all projects.
  • Participate in the investigation of relevant events happened in any service site in DIN.
  • Follow up of corrective actions, ensuring all of them are implemented and closed.
  • Focal point for Service Sales,
  • perspective. Transfer/align with countries and regions.
  • Sub-contractors management: homologation, assessment & audit/evaluation on-site

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • University degree (Engineering or similar technical degree) with Health and Safety Advisor Training 
  • Compulsory Master's in Risk Prevention/Workplace Safety with the three specialities: Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Prevention.
  • Knowledge in ISO-14001, ISO-45001 & OHSA;
  • Additional environmental qualification desirable. Knowledge on chemical products will be a plus.
  • Desirable at least 2 years of experience in the role of Health, Safety and Environment specialist in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • High English Level (working language)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Good intercultural awareness
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Logical thinker who relies on data for decision making
