HSE Concrete Tower technician (m/f/d)

MISSION:Control the compliance of the preventive and protective measures set in the Company’s health and safety plan. Check whether these are effective or not, during the manufacturing process. Carry out the organization and control of environmental topics such as waste, emissions, chemical products, natural resources consumptions, as well as participate in HSE improvement projects.
TASKS:
- Coordination and control of HSE systems during the manufacturing process.
- Review the execution project.
- Ensure that the manufacturing process follow the HSE guidelines and influence so that these guidelines are fulfilled.
- Implement everything that exists in the company's HSE management system.
- Collaborate in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in the issues related with occupational health and safety.
- Take part in the concrete structure internal organization, as well as in the planning of the necessary resources and in the control of the labor risk prevention documentation.
- Coordinates the production process to ensure that preventive actions are applied by the whole staff.
- Promote and maintain the HSE “Best practice”.
- Investigation of work accidents and report them to appropriate managers.
- Supervise the management of environmental processes and promote their compliance.
- Continuous presence in manufacturing areas to verify that HSE standards are met by workers.
- Propose and provide workers with safe operations that are also compatible with effective manufacturing.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Engineering education with Master in HSE or similar studies.
- Anticipation and analysis capability.
- Extensive technical knowledge (experience in HSE in factories).
- With communication and teamwork abilities.
- High English level.
- Availability to travel to factories
