As part of our growth, We are looking for a HR Generalist Technician (m/f/d) to support dealing with all the HR tasks in the department of Towers. Here are some of the tasks you will need to perform:
YOUR TASKS
- Clock-In, Clock-Out control
- Flexible time management
- Payroll support with doubts and issues
- Vacation control and incidents
- Permissions and Absence leaves
- Masterdata, Onboarding and Offboarding tasks
- Coordinate with other HR areas and clients
- Manage labor relation doubts and policies
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master Degree in Human Resources will be a plus
- SuccessFactors and SAP knowledge will be value
- Advance Professional English language skills
- Team work, proactivity and very organized person
