Global Sourcing Projects Intern (m/f/d)

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sourcing Projects Intern (m/f/d) to support key strategic initiatives within the Sourcing organization. You will contribute to the execution of Cost Improvement and B2B projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and drive business performance through data analysis and collaboration. You will be performing relevant task as follows:

 

 

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Support the Cost Improvement and B2B initiatives by maintaining and updating project information, ensuring accurate tracking of WTG projects, cost savings, and strategic objectives
  • Generate, analyze, and maintain B2B reports and KPIs to support business performance monitoring and decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Costing, and Sourcing teams to ensure alignment, project visibility, and smooth execution of ongoing initiatives
  • Prepare project documentation and develop presentations required for Sales Approval Gates, consolidating information from different sourcing areas
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate data flows, and enhance the efficiency and scalability of internal tools and procedures

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field in the last three years
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or automation tools is considered a plus
  • English proficiency level B2 or higher
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments
  • Highly motivated professional interested in developing experience within Sales and Sourcing functions
  • No previous professional experience required
