As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Sourcing Indirects Intern (m/f/d) to support the daily tasks in the Global Sourcing area. You will be working within Global Sourcing team performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS:
- Project & Operational Support: Contribute to the day-to-day execution of
sourcing projects across travel, fleet, and consulting categories. Assist strategic
buyers in negotiations, supplier interactions, and closing commercial agreements - Documentation & Data Management: Maintain accurate documentation and
internal databases - Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support internal audits and perform compliance
checks aligned with the company’s Code of Conduct - Tender & Procurement Process Execution: Create tender IDs, coordinate
signature workflows, and prepare supplier comparison matrices. Receive and
process offers, NDAs, and signed contracts, and support internal stakeholders
with PR/PO issues - Supplier & Vendor Management: Support supplier onboarding, master data
updates, vendor creation requests, and bank detail changes - Market Analysis, Financial Support & Process Improvement
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration or engineering
- Advance MS Office, Excel, Autocad, SAP
- English proficiency level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives
